What stays with you, and what Saleem performs.
Which token settles on which network is set per corridor and per counterparty, inside the framework that applies there.
Issuance, reserves and redemption stay entirely with you and your regime. Saleem never mints, never redeems and never holds reserves.
Licensed partners perform regulated money movement, custody, conversion and payout as required in each jurisdiction. Saleem provides instruction validation, screening orchestration, routing, records and reconciliation under the agreed operating model. You answer for your own licence; each licensed partner answers for its own regulated leg.
